Last weekend, one of my girlfriends showed me a video of an apple nacho bar and said she had to try it. So, I decided to bring it as dessert when we got together to watch the Vols. It was better than I had expected.
The setup was simple but delicious: sliced apples as the “chips,” and then a spread of sauces like homemade caramel (yum!), chocolate sauce (melted chocolate chips with a tsp of oil), and white chocolate drizzle (store bought because I can’t melt white chocolate without burning it).
My favorite part? A toppings bar with something for everyone: chocolate chips, crushed Oreos, chopped peanuts, cinnamon sugar, mini marshmallows, butterscotch chips, sprinkles, coconut flakes, and white chocolate chips. You have to try the cinnamon sugar it is severely underrated.
I served everything in cute little food boats so everyone could build their own apple nacho masterpiece. It was easy, interactive, and such a fun way to sweeten up game day. Definitely a crowd-pleaser that I’ll be bringing back for the next party! 🍏🍫✨
