Homemade Hot Fudge Sauce

There’s something magical about homemade hot fudge sauce. It’s rich, velvety, and bursting with chocolatey goodness—all without preservatives or complicated ingredients. You can drizzle it over ice cream, swirl it into milk for hot cocoa, or sneak a spoonful (like Derek does!), this is a kitchen must-have.

Why You’ll Love It:

  • Simple Ingredients
  • Easy to Make
  • Perfect for Gifting

Pro Tip: This fudge sauce hardens when refrigerated, but don’t worry—just warm it up with a splash of milk, and it’s back to its silky texture.

I’ve been using it to make a decadent cup of hot cocoa? Add a scoop of fudge sauce to a mug, pour in a splash of milk, microwave for 30 seconds, then finish preparing your cocoa as usual. I’ve been adding core protein shakes to the chocolate base for a protein hot cocoa and it is delicious.

It’s a little jar of joy. And I know you are going to love it!

How to Package It

Once your sauce has cooled, pour it into cute little jars, tie them with festive ribbons, and add a personalized label or gift tag. This is the perfect gift for neighbors or an add-on to make gift cards cute and festive (hint hint teacher’s gifts).

I made labels for Christmas, it is a free template that you can edit. Grab it HERE.
