Hot Pepper Bacon Jam Brie Cocktail Hour

Eric and I do a weekly cocktail hour every Sunday. It is basically drinks and appetizers but for homebodies. It is my favorite little ritual and like a weekly mini date with a lot less prep than one of my full fleged date night in ideas.

Appetizer:

This week I made a Hot Pepper Bacon Jam and Brie dip and it was unbelievably good and stupid easy.

Hot Pepper Bacon Jam & Brie Appetizer

This simple appetizer combines creamy, melty brie with the sweet and smoky heat of hot pepper bacon jam. The brie is baked until gooey and topped with a generous spoonful of hot pepper bacon jam for a perfect balance of rich and savory flavor. Serve it straight from the oven with slices of toasted baguette for an effortlessly elegant snack or starter. Ideal for holidays, gatherings, or cozy nights in.
