Chicken and Cheese Taquitos

This is one of those measure nothing non-recipe recipes. I make chicken and cheese taquitos for my kids as an after school snack that has the perfect balance of protein, fats, and carbs. Your kids will love these and they are super simple to make
Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 8 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 chicken breast I use leftovers from the night before
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
  • 7 mini tortillas
  • sour cream
  • salsa

Method
 

  1. Shred or chop the chicken
  2. Layout the tortillas
  3. Add chicken and cheese to the center of each tortilla
  4. Roll each tortilla and place on an air fryer baking sheet
  5. Air fry for 6-8 minutes at 350
  6. Serve with sour cream and salsa for dipping
