This is what I call a lazy cocktail, but it is still light and refreshing, and it can easily be made into a mocktail (just skip the vodka). We made this for a Couples Cocktail Hour. The goal of couples cocktail is to bring back simple get togethers – intentional casual.
It feels like we only ever see people throw elaborate parties on social media and we are raising one of the loneliest generations. So instead let’s model for our children how to have a healthy marriage and carve out time to be together with the simplest of set ups.

Teddy Graham Latte
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons instant espresso
- ½ cup hot water
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla bean paste or extract
- Milk of choice for frothing and topping
- Ice
Instructions
- In a jar or shaker, combine the instant espresso, hot water, brown sugar, honey, and vanilla bean paste. Shake or stir well until fully dissolved.
- Froth your milk using a frother or heat gently and whisk until foamy.
- Fill a glass with ice. Pour the espresso mixture over the ice, then top with the steamed milk.
- Top with teddy graham if you want an extra touch
