Bang Bang Chicken Skewers

Good lord you are going to love these bang bang chicken skewers. They have the perfect amount of sweetness and just a hint of spicy which makes them a little exciting. Both my kids at these and said it was a little spicy but they loved them and asked for seconds.

Ingredients: 2 Ibs chicken breasts (cut into 1" bites) Sauce: 1 cup greek yogurt 1 bottle sweet Thai chili sauce Juice of a lime Chopped garlic Salt Pepper Directions: 1. Soak skewers in water for 30 min. 2. Thread 5-6 pieces on each skewer. 4. In a small bowl, combine sauce ingredients. 5. Use half of the sauce to brush over chicken. 6. Throw on the grill and once they reach internal temp of 165 degrees, they are done! 7. Ingredients

  • Chicken breasts
  • 1 bottle Tai Sweet Chili Sriracha
  • Juice of a Lime
  • 1 Cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Spoonful Chopped Garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Skewers

Directions

  1. In a bowl mix together mix together all the ingredients except the chicken. Use a whisk to blend well
  2. Cut the chicken breast into cubes
  3. Thread the chicken on to skewers
  4. Place the chicken in a baking dish and pour 3/4 the sauce on the chicken, reserve the remaining sauce for later. Use a basting brush to coat the chicken with the sauce.
  5. Place the chicken on the grill and cook until cooked through
  6. Use the reserved sauce to baste the chicken on the grill to add the sticky flavor

This chicken is a WINNER and will be on rotation at my house for a while. The sticky sweet and spicy flavor is perfect. We served it with rice pilaf and green beans and both kids ate it with a smile so that is a WIN!

Family Dinner
