Browned Butter Oatmeal Cookies with White Chocolate, Toffee, and Cadbury Mini Eggs

The browned butter mixed with the oatmeal really tastes like magic and the toffee melts but the white chocolate chips and Cadbury Mini Eggs stay whole but perfectly soft and chewy! You have to make these this Easter.


  • Oatmeal Cookie Mix
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp water
  • Cadbury Chocolate Mini Eggs
  • White chocolate chips
  • Toffee pieces


  1. Cut butter into tablespoons and cook on medium heat in a pan until melted and brown
  2. Pour cookie mix and brown butter into a bowl and mix. 
  3. Add the egg and the water to the dough and mix well 
  4. Chop Cadbury mini eggs with a knife
  5. Add white chocolate chips, toffee pieces, and Cadbury Mini Eggs to the dough and mix until combined
  6. Scoop the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment 
  7. Place a Cadbury Mini Egg on top of each dough ball
  8. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes
