Homemade Medicine Ball: Cozy Fall Comfort

If you’re like me and love a good Medicine Ball from Starbucks, but don’t want to spend $7 (or leave the house when you’re sick), this homemade version is a game-changer and so easy to make!

All you need is a mix of hot lemonade, peach tea, and mint tea with a little honey to sweeten it up. The warmth and flavors are perfect for those chilly fall days, especially when you’re not feeling your best. And if you want to kick it up a notch, add a splash of whiskey to spice it up!

It’s one of my favorite fall drinks—comfort in a cup! 🍋🍯
