Ingredients
  

  • Pumpkin Cold Foam Chai Latte
  • 1 cup chai tea concentrate
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 3 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin syrup
  • sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice
Pumpkin Syrup
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 3 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 3 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tbsp vanilla

Method
 

Pumpkin Cold Foam Chai Latte
  1. Fill a glass with ice
  2. Pour the tea over ice
  3. Add a splash of milk
  4. In a separate cup add the heavy cream and pumpkin syrup
  5. Froth the cream and pumpkin until thick
  6. Pour pumpkin cold foam over chai
  7. Sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice and enjoy
Pumpkin Syrup
  1. In a sauce pan, combine sugar and water
  2. Cook over medium heat until the sugar dissolves
  3. Add the pumpkin pie spice, pumpkin puree, and vanilla to the sugar water
  4. Whisky well
  5. Bring to a boil and simmer 5-7 minutes
  6. Pour through a mesh sieve to strain out any clumps
