If you’re obsessed with Starbucks Lemon Loaf you are going to LOVE this lemon blueberry loaf. It’s just so good. Starbucks was the inspiration for this recipe but then I went a little wild because I love a blueberry lemon combo. This is the perfect summer dessert.

Lemon Pound Cake Mix (I use White Lily) 1/2 cup sour cream 3/4 cup water 1 egg 1 stick butter melted Blueberry Jam (I use Bonne Maman) 1 cup powder sugar 2 tbsp milk (more to thin if necessary) -In a bowl combine pound cake mix, sour cream, water, egg, and butter. – Pour half the batter into a bread pan – Scoop blueberry jam on top of batter and use the back of a spoon to spread across – Pour the remaining batter on top – Bake at 350 for 50 minutes or until a knife comes out clean – Combine powder sugar and milk to create a glaze -Allow the lemon loaf to cool and pour the glaze over the loaf. 2. Line a bread pan with parchment
3. Pour half the batter into a bread pan
4. Scoop blueberry jam on top of batter and use the back of a spoon to spread across
5. Pour the remaining batter on top
6. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes or until a knife comes out clean
7. Combine powder sugar and milk to create a glaze
8. Allow the lemon loaf to cool and pour the glaze over the loaf.
