Bacon Wrapped Dates

Ingredients
  

  • 8 dates
  • goat cheese
  • 4 slices bacon
  • Honey hot honey would also be tasty

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Slice open and pit your dates
  3. Fill each date with goat cheese
  4. Cut the bacon in half or thirds
  5. Wrap the bacon around the cheese stuffed date
  6. Place on a parchment lined baking tray
  7. Drizzle with honey
  8. Bake for 10-15 minutes until bacon is crispy

Notes

You can use toothpicks to secure the bacon around the dates. I didn't because I avoid extra steps at all costs and only one of them fell off.
