Pour all the ingredients into a bowl and mix until everything is well incorporated. If you use natural peanut butter it will be a little dry - add more peanut butter.
Scoop a spoonful of the mixture
Roll into balls and place on parchment paper
Store in the refridgerator

My kids don't like the texture of oats so I grind them up in the food processor first
