Peanut Butter Oat Balls

Save this peanut butter oat ball recipe as a quick and easy on the go snack and share with your friend who needs an easy snack idea for kids

We have reached the point where all the kids in our friend group understand what my job and think it’s super cool (or at least that’s what I tell myself.) A few weeks ago, one of the kids asked me if I had made these peanut butter balls and told me I had to share them with you.

And then another kid said she loves them and buys them from a local store, so I promised I would make her some so that I could film it for all of you. They are so good and as I was delivering them the rest of the neighborhood kids stole a few 🙃

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • Chocolate chips
  • Mini M&Ms

  • Roll into balls and place on parchment paper
  • Store in the refridgerator

Notes

My kids don’t like the texture of oats so I grind them up in the food processor first
