Method
- Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a stand mixer.
- Using the paddle attachment, mix until ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Switch to the dough hook and knead on low speed for up to 10 minutes, or until the dough is smooth and elastic.
- Divide the dough into four equal portions.
- Lightly grease a bowl, place the dough inside, and cover. Allow it to rise until doubled in size.
- If freezing, do so immediately after shaping.
- Bake at 425°F for 10–12 minutes.
