- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- In an oven-safe dish, combine cherry tomatoes, a drizzle of olive oil, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, garlic, and parsley. Toss to coat evenly.
- Roast for 25–30 minutes, until the tomatoes are blistered and fragrant.
- Remove from the oven and stir in Parmesan, basil, and burrata until everything is creamy and combined.
- Serve warm with sliced (or toasted) baguette and enjoy!
