Apple Cinnamon Roll Bread Pudding

One of the things that I love most about it is the fact that it is intentionally made as single servings so you can eat the entire thing and feel indulgent without feeling glutinous.

I am going to be making more and more single serving desserts because I frankly love dessert but if I make a batch of anything I will eat the entire batch. But if there is only a small portion available and I eat the whole thing, I will feel just as satisfied. And I will still be honoring my health and fitness goals.

Apple Cinnamon Bread Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 Apple
  • 3 Cinnamon Rolls
  • Cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar

Directions

  • Chop an apple into bite size chunks
  • In bowl, sprinkle the apple with cinnamon & sugar
  • Cut the cinnamon roll into fourths
  • Add the cinnamon rolls to the apples and mix well
  • Pour the apple mixture into an oven safe dish
  • Bake at 350 for 13 minutes
  • Drizzle with icing from the cinnamon rolls

Cozy At-Home Date

Eric and I had these as our snack during a cozy at-home date night. We worked on a virtual escape room while eating our apple cinnamon roll bread pudding and then got cozy on the couch.
