Brown Butter Black & White Oatmeal Cookie

I know this cookie is a mouthful and it sounds like a lot of work, but it is easier than it sounds and let me tell you, they are UNREAL! If I had to rank my favorite cookies this is in the top 5.

Brown Butter Black and White Chocolate Oatmeal Cookie

This shortcut cookie recipe delivers rich, homemade flavor with hardly any fuss. The browned butter adds a deep, nutty warmth that pairs perfectly with the soft oatmeal base and melty mix of chocolate and white chocolate chips. A touch of pudding mix keeps them chewy and soft — like a bakery-style cookie made in your own kitchen.
Ready in under 30 minutes with one bowl and zero chill time.
